Life coaching rooted in recovery and spirituality.

One-on-one coaching with B Caldwell. We meet outdoors when the weather allows, or on Zoom when life needs you at home. The first session is free — we just talk, and figure out what you’re ready to work on.

Portrait of B Caldwell

About B

Thirty-three years of continuous sobriety — and a lot of listening.

I’m B Caldwell. I’ve been sober for 33 years, and for most of that time I’ve worked with women in sponsorship. This practice is different. It’s coaching — one-on-one, paid, structured — focused on whatever you’re ready to work on.

My approach is quiet and practical. Recovery gave me a spiritual framework, and I bring that to our work together when it helps. I’m not here to push a program on you. I’m here to sit with you and help you hear yourself more clearly.

This is a professional life-coaching relationship, not a twelve-step sponsorship.

How It Works

Simple and unhurried.

  1. Free consultation

Thirty minutes. You tell me what's been on your mind. I listen, ask a few questions, and we decide together if we're the right fit.

  2. Agree on the work

If we go forward, we pick a rhythm that fits your life — weekly, every other week, or as-needed. No packages, no pressure.

  3. Meet outdoors or on Zoom

I love coaching outside — parks, beaches, trails. When the weather doesn't cooperate or you're out of town, we hop on Zoom.

Where we meet

Outdoors is where I do my best listening.

When we can, we meet outside — a bench in the park, a quiet stretch of beach, a slow walk on a wooded trail. Moving the conversation outside changes what surfaces. It tends to be more honest.

When the weather turns, or when you’re traveling, we move to Zoom. The link arrives in your booking confirmation.
